Bob Winters specializes in Private Money financing for Residential and Commercial Real Estate and also maintains relations with many of the private investors working with LTV Capital. Bob has been a registered broker with the California Department of Real Estate for over five years.
Prior to joining LTV Capital, Inc., Bob was Founder and President of PCA International, LLC, a manufacturing and import company specializing in the automotive aftermarket industry.
Bob was born and raised in Southern California and currently resides with his wife and two young children in North Tustin.
Bob holds a business degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
