- Schedule of Real Estate Owned (if applicable)
- Request for Copy of Tax Return (Form 4506), Mortgage Loan Origination Agreement, Cash Out Refinance Purpose Letter (if applicable)
- Two most recent pay stubs
- Most recent two years 1040 Tax Returns, Corporate, or Partnership tax returns with all schedules including W-2s and K-1s
- Most recent two years 1099s (if applicable)
- Most recent three months Bank, IRA or Security statements
- Most current Retirement Income statements
- Most recent Mortgage statement for subject property (if applicable)
- Accommodator statement (if down payment funds are coming from a 1031 exchange)
- Formation documents (if title is or will be held in an entity)
- Copy of purchase contract (if applicable)
- Copy of Alien Registration Card (if applicable)
