Eeric Walker began his Mortgage Banking career in 1998, working for Pacific Trust Bank as a Retail Loan Officer originating Home Equity, Residential and Commercial Loans. In 2002 he was promoted to Vice President of Lending responsible for all day to day Lending Operations and Production for the bank including managing Sales, Loan Processing, Underwriting, Loan Documents/Closing and Loan Servicing Departments. Additionally Eeric was the Bank’s CRA Officer from 2002 through 2004.
Under his leadership the bank exceeded loan origination and production goals in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
In 2004, Eeric was recruited to oversee the implementation of a wholesale division for Equity Funding Group.
In 2005, Eeric joined APT Funding Group, where as Vice President he specialized in originating Private Money, Apartment and Commercial Loans, while overseeing the day to day operation of the company.
In 2008, along with Mitchell Zeichner, Eeric formed LTV Capital, Inc. The goal of the company is to further develop and support the growing Private/Hard money niche while continuing to provide the same high level customer service for the retail commercial and residential clients.
Eeric was born in New Jersey and raised in Chula Vista and has two young children with his wife Jennifer. He is a passionate San Diego Charger Fan and enjoys playing sports.
