We have zero to 90 day PPP as a standard so you will be able to refinance our conventionally when the market corrections have run their course…

  • LTV up to 65% and CLTV up to 60% (subject to location/appeal etc.)
  • Stated Income / Stated Assets
  • No minimum FICO score
  • Owner Occupied, N/o/o, 5+, Mixed use and more
  • No reserve requirements
Other interesting points to keep in mind:
  • We can go up to 90% on purchase $ loans with a seller carry
  • LTV on a purchase $ loan is based on appraised value and not on purchase price (short sale friendly)
  • We can fund same terms on n/o/o, mixed use and commercial properties regardless of vacancy
  • We can do c/o or 2nd TD’s on LISTED homes, including listed spec homes
  • We can do Ground Up Construction loans (owner-builder ok)
  • We can do Rehab and Construction Bailout loans (regardless of completion %)
