Mitch Zeichner is President and Co-Founder of LTV Capital, Inc. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has been involved in lending, mortgage brokering and real estate leasing.
During the course of his successful career as a licensed real estate professional, Mitch has originated and funded conventional and private money real estate loans on residential, commercial and industrial property in California.
Prior to creating LTV Capital, Inc. Mitch worked with First Capital, Inc. as a conventional mortgage broker and has been working with his private investors over the past 5 years. In addition to his experience in the mortgage industry, Mitch previously worked with The Disney Stores as a Senior Financial Analyst and was a financial consultant with Price Waterhouse.
Mitch holds an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Mitch was raised in Los Angeles, CA and moved from there to San Diego in 2005; he and his wife Debbie have one young son. Mitch is an avid snow skier and a San Diego Padres Fan.
