In 2008, Ryan Riske joined LTV Capital, Inc. as a Loan Consultant where he specializes in Private Money Residential and Commercial Real Estate financing.
In 2002, Ryan started his mortgage career in the wholesale sub-prime market with WMC Mortgage Corporation. During his 5 year career at WMC he was able to advance quickly and acquired a diverse background as an Underwriter, Business Development Representative and Production Manager for one of the top producing teams in the country.
Previous to his mortgage career, Ryan was involved in production design with the entertainment industry and spent a short time in the technology field.
Ryan enjoys traveling and outdoor activities. He has a “watch dog” parrot named Elliott.
